Our Story
Nice Site Marketing’s roots go back more than two decades.
Founder Andrew Godar began his marketing career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Ball State University in 2002. He spent 10 years as a Marketing Consultant with Hibu, helping small and medium-sized businesses promote themselves through Yellow Pages advertising, websites, search marketing, and emerging digital solutions.
During that time, Andrew experienced one of the biggest transitions in the advertising industry firsthand as businesses moved from primarily traditional advertising toward digital marketing.
In 2011, he founded Black Sign Specialist, an outdoor advertising company focused on helping local businesses attract attention through strategically placed portable signs.
After helping thousands of businesses improve their local visibility, Andrew expanded into a broader range of digital services and founded Nice Site Marketing LLC in 2018.
Today, Nice Site Marketing combines that real-world advertising experience with modern website development, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, hosting, ecommerce optimization, and other digital strategies.
The result is an agency that understands marketing both online and offline.
What Makes Nice Site Marketing Different?
We Listen Before We Recommend
Every business is different.
Before recommending a website, SEO campaign, advertising strategy, or other service, we want to understand where your business is today and where you want it to go.
That allows us to recommend solutions based on actual needs rather than forcing every client into the same marketing package.
Digital and Traditional Marketing Under One Roof
Marketing does not stop at the edge of a computer screen.
Nice Site Marketing combines digital services with real-world local advertising experience.
We can help connect:
- Websites
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Social media
- Local search
- Online reputation
- Amazon listings
- Hosting and website maintenance
- Portable sign advertising
- Custom business signs
For businesses serving a local market, that combination can be especially valuable.
A potential customer might first see your sign while driving, search for your company on Google later, read your reviews, visit your website, and finally contact you.
We help make those touchpoints work together.
We Focus on Business Results
Clicks, impressions, rankings, and traffic can be useful metrics, but they are not the final objective.
The questions that matter are:
Are more people finding your business?
Are the right people contacting you?
Is your marketing creating opportunities?
Can you understand where those opportunities are coming from?
Our goal is to connect marketing activity to outcomes that make sense for your business.
